Veeva Systems is seeking a seasoned Global Content Business Consultant to shape commercial strategies and operations for leading Life Sciences organizations. You will guide content management, reviews, approvals, planning, and distribution, building scalable operating models and strong client relationships.

In this remote, full-time role, you will travel about 25% per engagements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive efficiency through DAM, metadata governance, and analytics

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a management consulting firm or marketing agency.
• Background in commercialized product or brand landscape preferred.
• Strong track record delivering client advisory engagements.
• Core consulting skills: workshops, presentations, PM, change management, structured problem solving.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
• Ability to travel roughly 25% depending on engagement.
• Experience with a content management system; preferably Veeva Vault PromoMats or MedComms.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare customers to adopt Veeva AI solutions in their content operating model and business processes.
• MLR transformation including operating model, tier-based review, and optimization of Veeva product capabilities.
• Build an operating model for global-to-local content reuse.
• Hone DAM processes and bring Modular Content adoption to Life Sciences.
• Establish metadata governance and content standards.
• Prepare for FDA’s Submission requirements.
• Set strategic direction and define KPIs for content end-to-end digital supply chain efficiency.
• Develop content analytics dashboards and gain insights on content effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver change management programs for PromoMats/MedComms or new functionalities.
