Veeva is building the industry cloud for Life Sciences with software, data, AI, and consulting. We are growing rapidly and seeking consultants to reshape operating models and measure business value for Medical Affairs with Vault Medical, Link, and CRM.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Strategy, and Marketing to maximize efficiency. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, mentor associates, and contribute to BD and IP creation, helping clients transform their Medical content

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management preferred).
• Proven expertise in Medical Affairs Operating Models, Medical Content Strategy, Medical Communications.
• Analytical rigor with quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using data and software insights.
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing work and development.
• Drive practice growth through business development and internal IP creation.
