Job summary

MEC General Contractors in the United States seeks a results‑driven Project Manager to oversee commercial construction from a remote start with eventual in‑office collaboration. You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor coordination across multiple projects, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of commercial PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Commercial project management experience: 3-5+ years.
• Ability to self-direct and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with project management principles & budget management.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project budgets for all assigned projects.
• Developing pre-construction RFP packages.
• Conducting project meetings and setting milestones and formulating owners’ reports.
• Establishing job processes (RFI's, Submittals etc.).
• Performing project scheduling; ensuring project quality control and establishing overall project logistics.
• Leads the project team in establishing expectations, providing information to subs, and maintaining quality and cost effectiveness in the overview of all the projects.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.
• Leads with managing the project closeout process.
• Prepares weekly project updates.
