Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Litigation Adjuster - Remote. You will own claims from discovery through resolution, including trials, handling catastrophic injuries and complex litigated cases.

This remote role supports clients nationwide with travel as needed and requires 6+ years in claims, 3+ years in casualty/litigation, and an Adjuster license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of claims experience.
• 3+ years in a Casualty claims role with complex or litigation experience.
• BA/BS in business, insurance or related area, or equivalent.
• Must hold an Adjuster license or obtain one within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Owns the claim from identification through conclusion, including trial.
• Provide input to defense counsel and negotiate settlements.
• Manage defense costs and indemnity on litigated claims.
• May handle first-party medical payment and PIP claims.
• Direct defense counsel and present executive summaries to clients.
• Travel as needed for meetings and hearings.
