• Review and approve high-dollar repair estimates using I-CAR/Mitchell resources.
• Negotiate repair costs within fleet pricing and Wheels network rates.
• Provide guidance to drivers, shops, and subrogation teams on estimates and repairs.
• Coordinate with client parameters and repair history to approve proper work.
