Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear LLC in Lenexa, KS seeks a manager of college partnerships to own day-to-day contact with select partners and licensing agencies. You’ll analyze opportunities, oversee agreement obligations, and coordinate across finance, merchandising, and marketing to ensure contractual success.

You will drive collaboration with schools and agencies, represent the company at events, and help craft proposals and program strategies aligned with retailer and brand goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management, partnership management, licensing, or related field.
• Experience with collegiate licensing, sports apparel, retail, or consumer products preferred.
• Experience managing external business relationships and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Experience analyzing business performance, tracking financial commitments, and preparing reports.
• Ability to travel as needed to attend partner meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business against annual guarantee commitments and develop trackers.
• Oversee execution and update leadership on a monthly/ad hoc basis.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, merchandising, sales, and marketing to execute licensing obligations.
• Be licensing expert for select schools and agencies, handling questions and requests.
• Conduct frequent touch bases with schools and agency partners.
• Represent Unrivaled Teamwear at school/agency events and recommend products and programs.
• Manage planning and execution of meetings, including agendas, samples, attendees, and prep.
• Coordinate partner summit and industry events, supporting regional programming.
• Partner with the team on creation of proposal decks.
