Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear in Lenexa, KS seeks a Director of Supply Planning & Purchasing to own the purchasing and inventory strategy for blank apparel—tees, fleece, and other decoration-ready stock—and to manage the open-to-buy plan in partnership with Finance.

This role leads a planning and purchasing team, translates demand signals into actionable purchasing plans, sets safety stock by SKU, and coordinates S&OP with Sales, Licensing, and Demand Planning to protect customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in supply planning, purchasing, or sourcing.
• Direct experience purchasing blank apparel stock for decoration operations.
• Experience managing open-to-buy with Finance.
• Ability to plan across many SKUs and suppliers with varying lead times.
• Strong understanding of S&OP and forecast-driven planning.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute purchasing against the open-to-buy plan, balancing cost and speed.
• Own purchasing execution and reconcile variances against the plan regularly.
• Collaborate with Finance on OTB development and working-capital targets.
• Lead cross-functional planning across SKU portfolios and supplier base.
