In this role, you will connect high school programming with the college support team to support scholars’ seamless transition to campus, ensure partnerships deliver on commitments, and use data to drive persistence, retention, and on-time graduation outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in higher education partnerships or related field.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder portfolios and cross-functional teams.

• Lead the full partnership lifecycle across a national network.
• Plan, pilot, and rollout partnership benefits with timelines and site-team coordination.
• Develop guides, tools, and materials to keep internal teams aligned.
