Jobgether is seeking an experienced College Admissions Counselor in the United States to guide students and families through the U.S. college admissions journey.

This fully remote, full-time role focuses on UC/CSU and selective universities, with personalized coaching, progress updates, and ongoing accountability. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in college admissions counseling or related field.
• Strong knowledge of UC/CSU admissions systems and PIQs.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Availability to work full-time aligned with Eastern Time (EST).

Responsibilities

• Oversee students' admissions journeys and help them build competitive profiles for universities.
• Develop tailored academic and extracurricular plans based on interests and intended majors.
• Advise on university lists and major selection considering admissions requirements and selectivity.
• Design application strategies for UC, CSU, and other selective U.S. universities.
• Coach students through PIQs, Common App, personal statements, and supplemental essays.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions to monitor progress and milestones.
• Lead meetings with parents, providing admissions guidance and progress updates.
• Deliver feedback via Zoom sessions and video reviews to support the application process.
