Job summary

Crimson Global Academy is hiring a part-time, fully remote University Admissions Counselor for its US Diploma campus. You will guide a caseload of about 200 students in grades 9 to 12 (Years 10 to 13), advising on US, UK and international pathways across time zones.

The role includes teaching the Future Ready curriculum online, helping students select courses, build college lists, complete applications (Common App, UC, UCAS), and writing recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Ivy League background ideal.
• 5+ years of college counseling and university admissions experience.
• 3+ years of UK curriculum and A Levels experience.
• Experience with international university admissions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage ~200-student caseload.
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Meet one-on-one with students to plan academic paths, activities, and university goals.
• Teach the Future Ready curriculum online.
• Help students select courses to strengthen college applications.
• Guide students to build balanced college lists and clubs.
• Assist with university research and application deadlines.
• Support students through the full application process worldwide (Common App, UC, UCAS).
• Write counselor recommendations and submit school documents.
• Communicate progress to families and coordinate deadlines.
