Job summary

Floowi seeks an experienced College Admissions Counselor to guide students and families through the entire U.S. college admissions journey, remotely from the United States.

You will develop personalized academic and extracurricular plans and advise on university and major selection to position students for selective universities. You will provide strategic guidance on UC/PIQs, Common App, and personal statements, while coaching families and students with ongoing accountability and Zoom-based

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in college admissions counseling.
• Experience guiding UC/CSU admissions and PIQs.
• Independent management of full U.S. admissions process.
• Strong knowledge of UC/CSU requirements and top universities.
• Experience coordinating with parents and families.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of students through the complete admissions journey.
• Develop personalized academic and extracurricular strategies.
• Advise on university selection, lists, and majors considering requirements.
• Guide UC/CSU application strategies and PIQs.
• Provide coaching through Zoom and video feedback; track milestones.
• Lead meetings with families, providing progress updates and recommendations.
• Coordinate timelines and accountability throughout the process.
