Job summary

Account Control Technology is seeking a Team Lead for NTTA Toll with a remote work option. You will oversee a collections team, monitor performance, and drive toward set monthly goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing the auto-dialer and campaigns, leading training sessions, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with client contracts and applicable laws. A supervisory background and strong communication are desired.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in a collector/production role preferred.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic and high ethical standards.
• Ability to supervise and train staff effectively.
• Collections systems knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds all monthly collection goals assigned by management.
• Assist forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual goals for collectors by client.
• Manage auto-dialer, letter campaigns and production logs.
• Prepare for and conduct team meetings.
• Assist with daily tasks: build team strategies, escalated negotiations, reporting and performance tracking.
• Maintain performance and collection records for all Specialists.
• Supervise and train staff, provide feedback and documentation.
• Analyze staff performance to identify strengths and development needs.
• Provide management with weekly summaries of activities and accomplishments.
• Ensure compliance with all client requirements, policies and laws.
