Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 2 years call center/ customer service experience required.
• Professional and comprehensible phone voice and excellent verbal skills.
• Active listening skills and ability to influence others.
• Proficient computer skills using Zoom, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be on camera in remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive/make a high volume of incoming/outgoing communications to encourage customer payments and cure past-due balances.
• Document account activities and verifications accurately.
• Use skip tracing tools to contact customers and arrange payment.
• Review and monitor accounts daily to mitigate losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
