American Coradius International LLC (ACI) seeks a motivated Collections Specialist in Carmel, IN. This full-time role involves high-volume calls to secure payments, detailed account documentation, and compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 2 years call center/ customer service experience required.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
• Professional phone voice with clear English grammar; strong communication.
• Must be on camera in remote work environment.
• Proficient with Zoom, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound communications to encourage payments.
• Document all account activities thoroughly and accurately.
• Use skip tracing tools to contact customers and arrange payments.
• Review and monitor accounts daily to mitigate losses.
• Act on accounts needing management attention with supervisor approval.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and laws.
