Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to maximize revenue recovery and minimize denials. You will review claims, follow up with payers and patients, and work to improve cash flow across a national network of infusion pharmacies and clinics in the United States.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of home infusion billing/collections experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and pharmacy systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications with patients, payers, and colleagues.
• Strong understanding of billing/collection processes across payer types.
• Detail-oriented with record-keeping and documentation.
• Proficient with MS Office and pharmacy software.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and pursue collection actions with insurers and patients.
• Analyze denials and identify trends to reduce DSO and improve collection rates.
• Verify insurance information, review EOBs/RAs, and file appropriate appeals when needed.
• Coordinate with franchise partners and other departments to resolve payor issues.
• Document activities in the system and schedule timely follow-ups.
