Qualifications

• Accounting, Finance or Business degree preferred.
• Experience with a paperless environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, emphasis on Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Must have good communication and organizational skills.
• Need to be self-motivated to complete daily assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
• Contact customers with overdue accounts and arrange payment plans.
• Use external data to locate customers who moved or changed contact details.
• Maintain records of contacts and payments collected.
• Resolve billing issues and respond to inquiries by phone or email.
• Submit regular reports on unpaid accounts and repayment progress.
• Reconcile customer statements and correct discrepancies.
• Work with sales team to resolve customer issues.
