Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote Collections Specialist to help consumers resolve accounts with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with $17 per hour plus monthly commission opportunities.

You will talk with customers, offer payment options, document interactions, and meet performance goals with coaching. Company-provided equipment and a comprehensive benefits package are included; remote work from home with the necessary setup.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Bilingual required: fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must reside in FL, MO, SC, or VA.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Bilingual Required (Fluent in English and Spanish)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Work-From-Home Requirements

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
