Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a call-center specialist to assist consumers with their accounts from home. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain payment options, and document interactions to ensure accurate account resolution.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, 1+ year of related experience, and strong communication skills. Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Bilingual required (Fluent in English and Spanish)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)

What You'll Do

Work-From-Home Requirements

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
