Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of B2B collections experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with accounting systems such as Oracle or FACTS. Remote work is available alongside on-site Norfolk operations.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required in finance, accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years of B2B collections experience with reduction of past-due balances.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with persistence to resolve accounts.
• Firm, tactful, customer-focused payment conversations.
• Understanding of accounting principles; experience with Oracle/FACTS or similar.

Aufgaben

• Own the accounts receivable aging report and contact past-due accounts promptly.
• Make daily collection calls and send follow-up communications to secure payments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.
• Negotiate payment plans within guidelines and monitor compliance.
• Identify high-risk accounts and escalate as needed; prepare documentation for action.
