Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is hiring to manage reimbursement operations across infusion and specialty pharmacy units. The role leads referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections with a focus on timely payer reimbursements and regulatory compliance.

You will develop a high-performing team, maintain process SOPs, and drive customer service excellence for franchise partners and patients. This is a full-time remote position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of home infusion therapy experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reimbursement operations for multiple infusion and specialty units.
• Lead and mentor a large team (up to 60) to meet KPIs and performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with revenue cycle policies and procedures.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, billing, and collections across units.
• Cultivate strong service relationships with franchise partners, payers, and patients.
