IDI is seeking a Credit Analyst to oversee credit, collections, and AR reconciliation for a defined customer portfolio. You will review credit applications, assess risk, and adjust credits as needed.

You will cultivate relationships to maximize cash flow, initiate timely collections, and develop payment plans, while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. This is a hands-on finance role at IDI.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in understanding Credit Reports and Credit Scoring.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• College degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years Credit experience or related experience in finance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage credit, collections, and AR reconciliation for a designated customer portfolio.
• Review credit applications and assess customer risk for the Credit Management Team.
• Release orders or re-establish creditworthiness as appropriate.
• Build relationships to maximize cash flow and initiate timely collections.
• Develop payment plans and resolve disputes to enable invoicing and collection.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and company policies.
