Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an IVR Developer to join our conversational AI/IVR build team, using the Cognigy platform to design, build, and deploy call flow automation with NICE CXone integrations.

The role works with lead developers, a conversational designer, and integration specialists to deliver secure, scalable self-service journeys and CRM integrations. A remote-friendly role with visa restrictions noted, and eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Experience building IVR/conversational flows on Cognigy or similar platforms.
• Experience with OTP/MFA in call flows and telephony contexts.
• Familiarity with NICE CXone and CRM data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build IVR call flows within Cognigy, including OTP authentication and self-service journeys.
• Translate caller journeys into working conversational flows.
• Integrate call flows with CRM data systems for contextual experiences.
• Support automation testing of flows before release.
• Collaborate on microservices architecture and GraphQL/CCN implementations.
