Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a NICE CXone Engineer to join our IVR/conversational AI build team. You will design, build and deploy call flow automation within Cognigy, integrating with CRM systems and data lakes for contextual experiences.

You will work with lead developers, a conversational designer, and integration specialists to implement OTP/MFA, microservices-based architecture, and GraphQL/CCN implementations.

Qualifications

> Experience developing IVR/conversational flows on Cognigy or comparable platforms.
> Familiarity with OTP/MFA in telephony contexts.
> Knowledge of GraphQL and REST API integration patterns.
> Understanding enterprise governance and ARB processes.

Responsibilities

> Build and configure IVR call flows within Cognigy, including MVP flows and MFA authentication.
> Translate caller journeys into functioning conversational flows.
> Integrate call flows with CRM data systems for real-time context.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and testing.
> Support data lake reporting and analytics integration.
