Job summary

Ovation Healthcare is seeking a Coding Manager to oversee client coding operations, mentor coders, and ensure quality and productivity across onshore and offshore teams. You will manage resources, maintain SLAs, and drive process improvements in revenue cycle services.

The ideal candidate holds AHIMA/AAPC credentials, has 5+ years coding experience and 3+ years of remote leadership, and excels in communication, organization, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• AHIMA/AAPC credentials required.
• Five+ years coding experience.
• Three+ years of remote management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for clients, coders, and stakeholders.
• Manage onshore and offshore coding resources and payroll.
• Monitor volume and staff efficiency to meet SLAs.
• Develop and grow coding services, including recruitment.
• Oversee coding quality reviews and middle revenue cycle services.
• Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and client relations.
• Prepare weekly and business status reports for clients.
