Qualifications

• AHIMA or AAPC credentials required or equivalent.
• Minimum five years coding experience with revenue cycle focus.
• Three+ years leading remote teams and client-facing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage coding services for assigned client(s).
• Oversee onshore/offshore coding resources and payroll tasks.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and SLAs with DNFC goals.
• Mentor coders with ongoing education and professionalism.
• Prepare weekly and business status reports for clients.
