Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• CPC, CCA, CCS, CIC or COC certification required.
• Experience supervising coding teams and ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote coding team delivering outsourced services to hospitals and rural clinics.
• Ensure accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures per ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, payer guidelines and internal policies.
• Perform regular audits and coaching to improve accuracy and throughput.
