Job summary

Managed Resources, Inc. is seeking a Coding Audit Educator to develop and deliver training on coding and compliance, conduct high-level audits, and serve as a coding expert resource for clients and internal staff.

This full-time remote role reports to the Manager of Professional Audit and Education and offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match, along with paid time off and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified CPC or CCS-P is required
• 5–7 years of coding experience
• 3–5 years physician education experience
• 3–5 years auditing experience
• Experience in multi‑specialty coding incl. E/M, surgeries, diagnostic testing

Responsibilities

• Provide training sessions for clients and internal staff
• Create high-quality training materials
• Meet client turnaround times for completed work
• Meet internal turnaround times for completed work
• Achieve minimum audit productivity standards
• Maintain 95% accuracy in quality reviews
• Provide group or 1:1 training to clients and CodingAID staff
• Develop and present remote webinars or onsite training events
• Provide education on audit results and guidelines
• Maintain current knowledge of coding principles and guidelines
• Audit all E/M, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and modifiers
