GovCIO is seeking a COBOL Programmer with 8+ years of experience to support the AMS Edit Book Update process. This role is fully remote within the United States and requires a USPS Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications
- Clearance required: USPS Public Trust attainable and maintainable.
- 8+ years of COBOL and DB2 experience preferred.
- Experience with Changeman for package creation and code promotion.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and determine strategic solutions.
- Develop and document features and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and translate technical specs for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with PMs, SMEs, and multimedia specialists on projects.
- Assist in cost estimates and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
