You will analyze learning needs, design impactful training, and embed quality practices into daily operations to ensure teams possess the skills required for exceptional products and services. You will influence policy, lead functional teams, and shape strategic training programs, partnering with leaders to deliver measurable improvements while advancing GE

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field and minimum of 8 years of expertise in this function.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex messages clearly and negotiate effectively at all levels.
• Strong leadership presence with a proven ability to build relationships, influence peers, and drive cultural change.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze root causes, resolve complex operational challenges, and independently plan, document, market, and execute strategic programs.
