Mazak North America is seeking a Field Service Technician to install equipment and train customers on CNC Lathes and Machining Centers. This role involves significant travel within the Milwaukee, WI area and requires overnight stays to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in CNC maintenance, a relevant technical education, and the ability to work both independently and in teams. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in CNC maintenance and repair.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs daily; heavier lifting on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Install machines and accessories at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Train customers on machine functions.
• Complete reports documenting installations and repairs.
