Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and experience in troubleshooting CNC machinery. Formación

• Experience in technical field service with CNC grinding machinery.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting machine problems both on-site and remotely.
• Ability to provide comprehensive support via phone and email.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct field service at customer facilities for CNC tool & cutter grinding machines.
• Provide support to customers and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Expect up to 80% travel within the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
