Job summary

FSI is seeking an Implementation Specialist to ensure successful delivery of ancillary application implementations by collaborating with customers, project managers, and internal teams. The role focuses on translating approved designs into configured, tested, and deployable solutions while owning configuration quality and go-live readiness across projects.

You will work remotely with travel, bringing 1 year of implementation PM experience, healthcare/CMMS familiarity, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 1 year of technical/implementation project management experience with Enterprise apps and software integrations.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• CMMS administration experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Regulatory Agency Standards (NFPA, Joint Commission, etc.).
• Ability to work with Users, Engineering, QA, and Product Management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to triage and prioritize support requests across projects for customer satisfaction.
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions and document functional/technical requirements.
• Serve as main contact, conduct meetings, and provide onboarding updates.
• Execute creation of database/segments.
• Configure core system and implement ancillary applications per requirements.
• Map, cleanse, and transform customer data.
• Perform QA testing after data migration, integrations, or segmentation changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
