Job summary

Seismic360 is seeking a Senior Director, Cloud Services to lead strategic cloud delivery, OSS/BSS operations, and SLAs across the enterprise. You will partner with executive leadership to align cloud strategy with growth and outcomes.

Responsibilities include owning availability, incident management, deployment lifecycle, and driving automation for scalability. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in cloud leadership and strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership in cloud or managed services.
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud computing platforms and service delivery models.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise cloud architectures.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and strategic direction for cloud services and operations.
• Own accountability for availability, reliability, performance, and SLA compliance.
• Oversee incident, problem, and service fault management at enterprise scale.
• Direct and optimize OSS and BSS platforms.
• Lead cloud infrastructure strategy across compute, storage, and network platforms.
• Drive automation, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Guide long-term capacity planning, performance optimization, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee deployment, provisioning, and lifecycle management of cloud services.
• Partner with executive leadership on cloud services strategy.
