Job summary

Seismic360 seeks a Director of Engineering & Automation to lead cloud engineering, DevOps, and automation teams, ensuring reliable, scalable cloud and telephony platforms for MSP customers.

You will own the engineering strategy, drive CI/CD, IaC adoption, and implement monitoring to reduce MTTR while partnering with operations and service delivery to optimize performance and time-to-revenue.

Position Summary

The Director of Engineering & Automation provides strategic and technical leadership for cloud engineering, DevOps, and automation functions supporting highly available cloud and telephony platforms. This role is accountable for platform reliability, automation maturity, and engineering excellence, while partnering closely with operations, product, and service delivery teams.
