Extreme Networks, Inc. is seeking a Director of Cloud Operations in San Jose to lead North American cloud service operations. You will drive multi-cloud infrastructure initiatives, ensure reliability and security, and collaborate across global teams to meet aggressive growth and compliance goals.

The role requires 10+ years in CloudOps/DevOps and strong leadership, with hands-on AWS/Azure/GCP experience and expertise in containers and automation tooling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a CloudOps/DevOps role and 7+ years in a management role.
• Experience architecting infrastructure for highly available, highly scalable cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or any public cloud (Azure, GCP, etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud Operations teams across North America, including the U.S. and Canada.
• Drive cloud infrastructure implementation and optimization across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Design and implement secure cloud networking solutions across multi-cloud environments.
