24-MAG LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Infrastructure Engineering to lead multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) with a focus on platform engineering, reliability, and security. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic leadership across cloud architecture, observability, and platform tooling.

You will define infrastructure strategy, drive IAM/SOC/ISO compliance efforts, and build a high-performing team while ensuring scalable, observable, and secure production AI-related

Qualifications

8+ years in production infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
3+ years engineering leadership experience.
Deep multi-cloud experience (AWS/GCP).
Strong Terraform and Kubernetes knowledge.
Experience with security/compliance and incident response.

Responsibilities

Own multi-cloud architecture across AWS and GCP and define strategy for scalability, reliability, security, and cost.
Design and improve CI/CD systems for fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
Lead disaster-recovery and resilience initiatives and build observability across metrics, logs, traces, and alerts.
Embed security into cloud architecture, platform tooling, and software-delivery workflows; mentor engineers and lead the team.
