Experis is seeking a Cloud Onboarding Manager – Bilingual to lead client onboarding for cloud services. This role blends project management with technical coordination, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of Copilot-related AI cloud solutions.

You will collaborate with Cloud Deployment and Customer Success teams, drive onboarding documentation, and support clients across English and Spanish communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in cloud onboarding, deployment or related technical project management.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365 and other cloud services.
• Excellent communication in English with Spanish preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with clients at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding processes for new cloud service clients, ensuring smooth transition and deployment.
• Coordinate with technical teams to configure and customize cloud solutions based on client needs.
• Provide guidance and support to clients during onboarding, addressing technical and operational questions.
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, training materials and best practices.
• Monitor onboarding progress, report on key metrics and continuously improve onboarding workflows.
