Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Bilingual Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Administrator to guide customers through AI transformation using Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. You will address security, governance, and change management while driving adoption and measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with partners and account teams to accelerate deployment, support executives, and provide hands-on technical leadership in a remote/Redmond area role.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–9 years in cloud/infrastructure, IT consulting, or related field.
• 2+ years in enterprise customer-facing role.
• 2+ years delivering technical projects for customers.
• 2+ years with Microsoft 365 and Cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Cowork, and Agent.
• Serve as technical advisor for Copilot products with design, deployment, and operation guidance.
• Lead technical unblocking engagements across identity, security, governance, data access and platform readiness.
• Advise on AI readiness, including data security and governance best practices.
• Coordinate with partners to accelerate deployment and activation.
• Engage decision-makers to connect Copilot usage to business outcomes.
