Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to lead the new FinOps function across multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises tech. You will own cost visibility, forecasting, and cost strategy, partnering with engineering, finance, procurement, and security to drive accountability.

The role is hands‑on with no direct reports, requiring deep experience in cost management tooling (Vantage, Zylo) and successful executive reporting. This position is remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, CS, IS, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost management, or FinOps.
• 3+ years in dedicated cloud financial management or FinOps.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud/tech cost strategy and FinOps operating model.
• Operate cost visibility, dashboards, and executive reporting across multi-clouds.
• Drive cost optimization, reserved instances, and renewals.
• Forecast technology spend and partner with Finance on budget cycles.
