United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Cloud Professional Services Manager to lead a Field Engineering team delivering open source cloud solutions in private and public clouds. You will design, deploy, and mentor across Kubernetes, OpenStack, Ceph and more, while contributing to technical presales with customers and partners.

You will guide career development, drive collaboration across teams, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery aligned with quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a professional services/field engineering team.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop engineers.
• Active participation in technical presales and customer engagements.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers across levels from junior to senior.
• Work remotely in a single major time zone.
• Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback.
• Identify and measure team health indicators.
• Implement disciplined engineering processes.
• Represent the team to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Develop and evangelise engineering and organizational practices.
• Plan and manage progress on goals and projects.
• Be an active part of the leadership team with other leaders.
