Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Staff Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure with a strong emphasis on reliability and performance. You will apply SRE practices, implement monitoring, and develop robust CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires extensive experience with cloud platforms and IaC tools, with opportunities to mentor peers and collaborate across product teams. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in cloud engineering or SRE roles.
• Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and cloud‑native services.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform), Helm, and configuration management.
• Experience with AI-OPS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
• Implement SRE practices to ensure reliability, availability, and performance.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and manage container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
