Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks a Cloud Engineer II with strong Linux administration and DevOps experience to support DHS/ICE cloud infrastructure in a secure, mission-driven environment. You will analyze requirements, implement specifications, and help optimize performance and security across AWS and Azure.

The role requires hands-on experience with Ansible, system hardening, and collaboration with multiple engineering teams. A DHS Public Trust clearance is required before starting on the program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of UNIX/Linux administration in large environments.
• Experience securing and operating cloud-based systems in AWS and Azure.
• Experience with Ansible and DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud-based IT infrastructure and processes.
• Provide second-level problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of customer IT systems.
• Coordinate with engineering groups to ensure proper network operation.
• Develop, test, and upgrade Ansible Playbooks and configurations.
• Lead and coordinate third-party teams and audits.
