Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC is seeking a Cloud Engineer II with strong Linux administration and DevOps experience to support secure cloud-based infrastructure for DHS ICE. The role focuses on AWS/Azure environments, automation with Ansible, and implementing security controls in a FedRAMP context.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of UNIX/Linux installation, configuration, and admin experience in large environments.
• Experience securing cloud-based systems in AWS and Azure.
• Experience with Kion configuration and security tooling.
• Experience implementing secure certificates, LDAP, and SSO (SPNEGO/SAML).
• Strong UNIX shell scripting skills and familiarity with DevOps tools like Ansible.
• Ability to evaluate new technologies and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud-based IT system infrastructure and processes.
• Provide second-level problem diagnosis and resolution of issues.
• Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of customer IT systems.
• Operate master consoles to monitor network and system performance.
• Coordinate network access and usage; ensure proper subnet operation.
• Collaborate with other engineering groups on changes and upgrades.
• Develop, test, and enhance Ansible Playbooks and scripts.
• Analyze system scans and remediate findings and POA&Ms.
• Coordinate changes with application owners, plan, and report progress.
• Lead third-party coordination, audits, and environment reviews.
• Create and maintain support documentation and procedures.
• Supervise junior staff as assigned.
