Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Communications Specialist to support AOUSC CTBIP contract. This remote role will develop cloud communication strategies, create engaging content, and manage channels to ensure timely messaging across stakeholders. Occasional travel to Washington, DC may be required.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of experience in communications, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust. Remote work is supported with occasional site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience creating communications materials for projects.
• Experience with large-scale communications campaigns.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• Knowledge of cloud technology communications desirable.
• Experience with Technical Writing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication plans to support project initiatives and organizational objectives.
• Create clear, engaging, and informative content to communicate key messages to various stakeholders.
• Manage communication channels, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of information across the organization.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align communications with project goals.
• Ensure the clarity and consistency of messaging throughout the change initiative.
• Support the creation of communications materials and products, such as newsletters, announcements, presentations, and FAQs.
