Job summary

SAIC seeks an Organizational Change Management Specialist to support AOUSC/CTBIP cloud initiatives. This role will develop and implement change communications, stakeholder analyses, and OCM deliverables to enable adoption across the judiciary.

The position is remote within the United States, with occasional travel to Washington, DC, and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. The assignment is contingent on contract award anticipated for summer with expected start fall 2026.

• Create informative content to communicate key details about the change initiative to stakeholders.
• Manage communication channels, ensuring effective and consistent dissemination across platforms.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to align communications with change management goals.
• Provide clear messaging to promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of the change initiative.
• Create and deliver OCM deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and change impact assessments.
