Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Cloud Strategy Specialist to support the AOUSC CTBIP contract. This role is remote within the United States with occasional travel to Washington, DC.

You will help build cloud foundations and provide cloud advisory services, strategy, and implementation for the Judiciary. Responsibilities include developing governance frameworks, leading the Cloud Management Office, and creating client-ready materials to enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience conducting market research and creating actionable client-ready materials.
• Experience with cloud maturity assessments and frameworks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop FinOps frameworks, cloud strategy, roadmaps, and governance.
• Lead Cloud Management Office and governance groups.
• Create client-ready PowerPoint presentations to inform decisions.
• Conduct cloud maturity and readiness assessments using standard models.
• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews to drive cloud adoption.
