Job summary

SAIC is seeking an Organizational Change Management Specialist to support AOUSC/CTBIP cloud initiatives and cloud foundations for the Judiciary. The role is remote within the United States, with occasional travel to Washington, DC. Start is anticipated fall 2026, contingent on contract award.

Responsibilities include developing communication plans, creating engaging content, managing channels, and delivering OCM artifacts to drive adoption and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience on OCM projects and delivering OCM artifacts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for change initiatives.
• Create content to inform stakeholders about changes.
• Manage communication channels for consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with teams to align communications with OCM goals.
• Provide messaging to promote awareness and adoption of changes.
• Create OCM deliverables like stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments.
