Job summary
Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a CLM Tool Administrator for a remote contract-to-hire role, reporting to the Program Manager. You will manage administration, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the CLM platform and partner across Legal, Supply Chain, and IT.
You will own user security, workflow rules, templates, and reporting dashboards, provide frontline support, coordinate with vendors, and drive adoption, accuracy, and compliance across contract processes.
Qualifications
- Experience with CLM platforms (Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, SAP Ariba Contracts, Sirion).
- Understanding of contract management, procurement, and legal processes.
- Workflow and business-rule configuration experience.
- Experience managing permissions, security, and master data.
- Knowledge of reporting and dashboard development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Legal Operations, or related field.
- 3+ years of CLM, ERP, procurement systems, or contract administration experience.
- CLM platform administration certification (e.g., Icertis Academy certification).
- Experience supporting integrations between CLM and ERP systems such as SAP.

REMOTE contract to hire CLM Tool Administrator. You will be reporting to the Program Manager.
The CLM Tool Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, governance, support, and continuous improvement of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. You will partner with Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, Compliance, IT, and team members. This partnership ensures that it maintains and aligns contract processes, templates, clauses, workflows, and reporting dashboards with requirements.
- Provision, modify, and deactivate user accounts.
- Maintain user groups, security groups, roles, and permissions.
- Manage organizational structures and access controls.
- Support user onboarding.
- Configure and maintain contract types, templates, clauses, metadata, and attributes.
- Support workflow configuration and approval-routing rules.
- Maintain notifications, business rules, and master data.
- Perform system testing for configuration enhancements.
- Ensure templates and clause libraries remain aligned with approved legal and business policies.
- Follow change-control processes for system modifications.
- Coordinate approvals for changes requiring Legal, Compliance, or business authorization.
- Support audit and compliance requirements.
- You will be the primary contact for CLM users.
- Troubleshoot user issues and workflow questions.
- Coordinate and track vendor support tickets.
- Provide reporting, extracts, and data analysis for team members.
- Maintain dashboards and operational reports.
- Monitor adoption, usage, and contract-process metrics.
- Support management reporting on cycle times, compliance, and contract status.
- Participate in requirements gathering and solution design.
- Support testing activities (SIT/UAT).
- Evaluate enhancement requests and system improvements.
- Coordinate with implementation partners and software vendors.
- Experience with CLM platforms (Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, SAP Ariba Contracts, Sirion).
- Understanding of contract management, procurement, and legal processes.
- Workflow and business-rule configuration experience.
