Helix is transforming healthcare by integrating genomic data into clinical practice. We seek a Partner Research Success Manager to enable our health-system partners to effectively use clinico-genomic datasets and tools.

You will host kickoff calls, coordinate with internal teams, and drive onboarding, adoption, and successful outcomes. You will collaborate with Engineering, Research, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure data success, while maintaining high

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a partner-facing or technical applications role.
• Experience with clinico-genomic datasets or health data is a plus.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary data support contact for partners and customers.
• Prepare onboarding materials and orientation materials for data users.
• Gather client feedback and refine data solution design.
• Design and build data processing pipelines for clinical and genomic datasets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Research, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Product, and Commercial teams.
