Job summary

US Acute Care Solutions is seeking a Clinician Scheduler to manage remote hospital schedules, ensuring full staffing aligned with patient demand. You will use Shift Admin to auto‑generate schedules, learn provider preferences, and collaborate with site directors to forecast needs and optimize staffing and costs.

You will work within a dual reporting structure, applying strong organization, communication, and analytics to maintain schedule continuity and provider satisfaction across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience creating/managing complex fluid schedules.
• Shift admin scheduling experience preferred.
• Previous experience working with clinicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain schedules for multiple hospital locations 45 days before the start of the month.
• Work with scheduling software (Shift Admin) to auto‑generate schedules.
• Establish relationships with providers to learn scheduling preferences.
• Analyze requests and resolve conflicts or escalate as needed.
• Compile reports to forecast staffing needs and optimize costs.
• Coordinate with credentialing, RDO, and site leadership to ensure staffing.
• Ensure continuity of care and timely open shifts coverage.
